28 year old professional female seeking roommate to share 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath house in west Knoxville. The room is cable ready and has a walk-in closet. The bathroom would be shared with my other roommate, but he only stays there about 15min a week (literally). I myself am rarely home and when I am I'm always in my room, so the house is always very quiet. The house is furnished, except for the bedroom, but I do have a nice bed in storage that can be used. Temporary rental is fine; I don't know how much longer I will need to share expenses with anyway. But if you would like something long term, that is fine as well, it will be avail. The house is located in the Benington Subdivision off of Ebenezer. It is very close to Pellissippi Parkway, which connects to everywhere. I do have an inside dog, he is a 6 year old lab. He is very lazy, clean and low maintenance. He mainly stays at the front window looking out or in my room with me. Utilities will be split 3 ways and usually run about $90/mo. House has cable and internet access. I might be up for having another dog in the house, depending on how mine reacts, but he doesn't care for cats so, sorry.
