$350 Roommate Needed in Louisville Area (Louisville, TN) (map)
I am a 25 year old professional female and graduate of UT in search of a roommate either temporary or long term to share my two bedroom townhome in Louisville. The townhome complex can be seen on riverhillapartments.com Its a nice place to live in a beautiful neighborhood, and its convenient to downtown Knoxville, West Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, Rockford and the airport. It is also a quick drive to the Smokies.
I am quiet and laid back. I have two cats. I have to travel some with work, so there would be times that you'd have the place to yourself. I keep early hours and am usually home at night and on weekends. A cat or small dog is negotiable.
The monthly rent would be 350$ plus 1/2 of utilities. There is cable hook up available in the living room and bedrooms, but I do not currently have cable. I would share a cable bill if you would like cable, however. I have internet service through my cell phone service, so that also would not be provided. Water and trash pick up is provided, however. The townhome has stairs with bedrooms and full bath on second level. There is a washer and dryer in the townhome as well. There is also a pool and dog park at the complex. The townhome faces the pool, so there is a nice view from the balcony patio.
