is anyone responsible and laid back possibly looking for a place to live for next year? i found a really nice farm house but can't afford it on my own. the place is on 4.7 acres and has a 7 stall barn, several turnout areas, an indoor arena, and an area with the potential of being an outdoor arena. benefits would be of course you could have your horse or other pets there for no charge but of course feed and what not. there are also some really nice dog runs on the property for the puppies while you are at school. oh, did i mention a hot tub. yeah there is that too. the house is a 2 story, 3 bedroom very nice. your rent portion would be 500/month plus utilities. the place actually has the potential for us to board a few horses and make back our rent. this is a great opportunity! let me know asap!

p.s. the lease needs to be signed really soon but move in wouldn't be till june 1. that is a month away if you didn't know. i am willing to work with somebody that can't move in till july or august. i don't care if it is a boy or girl that lives there. just as long as they are a cool cat like me.
it is about 10-15 minutes from UT and when gas gets a lot higher, i figured we could just ride horses to school,hehe.
