Medical Student looking for someone reliable to live with and help around the house. In exchange, you will have your own room with Free or Reduced Rent. One bedroom with bath in a big loft with a huge patio!
Those with their own dogs are welcome!!
Duties:
Includes taking care of my dog - taking him on walks and letting him out several times day (at least 2-3 times during the day) He must be taken out every 3-4 hours due to a medical condition and his medications.
I will be gone most of the day (and occasional nights) - so you will have the place to yourself for the majority of the time. Therefore, up keep of the house is necessary (light house cleaning duties) . Im a very clean person, so cleaning will be light.
Prefer a UTK student, as the house will be close to campus.
