I have a room in a 2br 1b apartment located in Sevierville very close to the Health Department, easy access to the backroads also! Rent is 450 a month including utilities, high speed internet, premium cable tv, washer/dryer. I'm asking a security deposit of 400 b/c my last roomate left the last day of the month with no notice, I'm very flexible though, if you need to pay a little throughout the month that would be fine! I'm gone m-f most of the day leaving at 6:45 and usually getting home at 6 sometimes later. I work all day Saturday and sometimes Sunday! I need someone dependable, non smoker!!
