I have a new 1800 square foot condo with lots of nice ammenities. I want a roommate to help me with the mortgage. The condo is a 3br/2bath and has a garage, nice yard, great view of he mountains and sits in a new quiet neighborhood. You would have a private bedroom/bath and the extra room would be shared office space. The condo comes fully furnished and includes ALL utilities, even garbage pickup, cable and internet!
