Looking for a male or female roommate to replace a roommate that will be moving out come august. 11th place condos located between 11th, 12th, clinch, and laurel. Great location walking distance to downtown, 2 blocks to campus, and right across the street from worlds fair park. 1640 square feet, huge living room and kitchen,and big bedrooms. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished except for the bedroom that is for rent. Washer and dryer in condo. $500 Utilities included.
