Includes ceiling fan/lights on remote and built-in shelving in closet. Shares bathroom with another roommate (who is clean & tidy).

The neigborhood is within a close proximity to many things. Across the street from the Hill on UT campus. It is down the street from the UT campus strip (many food places). Condo is about 10-15 minutes away from West Hills mall, and about 5-10 minutes away from plenty of places to eat.
