I am looking for someone to fill a room I have for rent. My roomate is moving out of state and leaves the room empty. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apt, furnished on lower level. The rent is 635.00, electric is pretty cheap through the summer "40-80" and cable is 105.00 that includes internet. I am asking for a roomate to pay half rent and electric. There is a laundry room in the apartments but I have mine done right down the road. I am a casual straight male that is pretty busy with my job most of the time.
