Hi, I am looking for someone to live with me and my rabbit and boxer/dalmatian mix for the coming year. It's a cute 3BR house with one bathroom and I have a dresser, desk, and popasan available for furnishing the open bedroom. The backyard is fenced in and the floors are wooden so it's a good place for dogs and cats. My dog has had canine and feline room mates all his life and will eventually make good friends, but he has aggression issues initially. Until then he just hangs out in his kennel.
I've lived in the house for 2 years and I loves it. It's really nice to have the smaller, third bedroom as a guest room/office. I'm in vet school so I'm actually not there all that often. Ideally I'd like to live with someone kinda messy because I can about promise that I'm not about to create or adhere to a cleaning schedule, actually, ever in my adult life. I'm not particular about gender, creed, sexual orientation...uh, don't get my dog stoned and we should be fine.
