I have a really nice apartment in Lanesborough Apartments. It is 2 bedrooms and I only use one of them. The lease can be as short as through the start of July or I can extend it until August. After that, you are welcome to take over the lease when I move out. You can have the master, which has the jetted tub, vanity area, and walk-in with shelving. If you need two rooms now, you can rent the whole apartment.
About the apartment: 2nd story on the corner, so only have a neighbor below and behind. Balcony, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, big bathroom in hallway and jetted tub in master bath, vanity in master, walk-in closet with organization unit, new flooring in baths, laundry, and kitchen, bar area. Apartment is private but very near the front gate. Complex is gated with nice pool and hot tub, gzebo and grill area, tennis, sand volleyball, basketball, ponds and nice landscaping, free brick car wash and free Wet Vac, 24-hour gym and laundry. It's less than a mile from I-40 and also from Turkey Creek and Kingston Pike. The greenway runs through the complex and right to the bottom of the steps. You can have pets with a pet deposit, but smoking is outside only.
The rent is $450. You can split the bills or probably $575 for everything, which includes: power, water, digital cable with DVR, wireless internet, house phone with unlimited local and long distance, and cleaning once a week which I've already paid for if you want that.
