The place is a 2-bedroom townhouse with 1 kitchen, 1.5 bath, 1 fireplace, 1 balcony, 1 garage and 2 parking spaces outside of the house. Washer and dryer are available. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in West Knoxville (1 mile within the highway, Kingston Pike, Walmart/Sams and the Westtown mall). The place is fully furnished, however, you are welcome to bring your own furniture too. There's no lease required.
