Found on April 28 in West Knoxville:
Small, female Dachshund mix (less than 2 years old); black/tan, no white; no collar or tags; EXTREMELY friendly and playful; obviously has been a house pet;
I am looking for actual owner, but must adopt out if not found (landlord does not allow pets); Don't want to send to pound!
