Found dog in Covington Circle Reddish/ brown w/ red collar (Sevierville)

I have found a dog who looks to be a boxer, beagle mix. I am not sure what kind of dog she is. She is a reddish brown color. She has a red collar on. She seems friendly but will not come too close. She is whining but is not hurt. I think she is just scared. She looks to be young. I have feed her and gave her water. She showed up here tonight while I was outside.
