Lost mens watch

I had a break in at my home on 3/15/08 and there was an arrest made. The theif says he sold my father's watch at the Sweetwater flea market. It is from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I have a photo attached of a matching ring on my add under items wanted. I would like to buy it back from the person who purchased it.
