Metal detecting locations needed (around Blount County)

Looking for sites to pursue my hobby of metal detecting. Especially looking for older homes/lawns to search. I always return family heirlooms to the owner and am very careful when digging. (I use a circular plug removal, then dig, replace dirt and plug)Would like to find areas around Blount County or South Knoxville but will consider any place. Thanks for your time.
