Despite the fact that I do not have a good credit history (Michigan is a VERY bad place to live right now), my roommate does and we have also rented from our current landlord here in Michigan for the last six years and have a good rental history. A stove and fridge are requirements. A dishwasher would be nice.

We live in Massachusetts, but are extremely interested in relocating down to Tennessee for family and to make a change. We are in need of two bedrooms, and it doesn't matter with how many baths. Currently I am paying $700 for an apartment, but when we move I am looking for a lower price. This is due to pay cuts when we relocate, and I'd rather be safer than sorry. We have been living in this apartment for a year, and I have rented at other locations for over a year as well with other's at a price of $1,500 (rent was split of course)

I am a 23 year old female looking for a roommate to live in an apartment around the 37919 zip code (around West Hills Mall) starting August 1. I can pay up to $450 a month, plus 1/2 cable, internet, utilities, etc. and would prefer to have a private bathroom.

I am a recent college grad who just relocated here with an 8-5 job. I am extremely neat and prefer that community areas be kept tidy. I am looking for a 22-25 year old female roommate who also works full time or is a full time grad student, so that our schedules don’t clash too much. I don’t have any dogs or cats, but would love to have one around if you already have one (as they are friendly and potty trained)!
