*Hold an appropriate 4-year degree (or have a minimum of 10 years directly relevant cost engineering experience). <br>

*These positions prefer technical knowledge of several types of work including: environmental remediation, nuclear decontamination and decommissioning, and demolition; construction of major facilities, power generation, and public infrastructure; and program-level operations process management.<br>

In this role, the Corrective Actions Program Lead has responsibility for technical analysis and design activities in program development and implementation, and plans, manages, and coordinates the program development and implementation activities and tasks that are performed by ACP management and employees, contractors, and consultants.<br>

  Responsible for the overall implementation of the regulatory required Corrective Action Program<br>
  Provide performance improvement recommendations and priorities important to day-to-day operations <br>
  Maintain knowledge of industry practices, organizational goals, and regulatory expectations to analyze work practices and procedures to improve productivity<br>
  Develop ACP PR/CN, corrective action, and lessons-learned programs that comply with commitments and regulatory requirements.<br>
  Assist in developing problem reporting, corrective action program, and commitment management procedures, practices, standards and processes, and perform assigned duties within these areas.<br>
  Provide data management requirements for design organizations as necessary to ensure that regulatory requirements and corrective action considerations are incorporated into the American Centrifuge design.<br>
  Obtain data from various sources for inclusion into database, reports, or plans.  Review and evaluate data to ensure its accuracy and adherence to standards and guidelines, and determines the category and disposition for unusual items.<br>
  Serves as the primary contact for the Corrective Actions Tracking System (CATSWeb) and trains all employee levels in system and software application usage.<br>
  Conduct investigations or performs evaluations to determine root cause of an event or problem using TapRootฎ or a similar root cause methodology.<br>
  Assemble, consolidate, or formulate data and information into plans and reports.  Compare data and information to assess status or identify problems, summarize deviations and problems, and suggest potential solutions to problems.<br>
  Prepare periodic status/performance indicator reports for management review.  May be assigned to participate or lead the screening of problem reports for proper trending and distribution.<br>
  Adhere to company policies, procedures, code of conduct, security, quality, environmental, safety and health, and budgetary program requirements.<br>

Minimum Qualifications<br>
  BS degree in an equivalent combination of education and experience.<br>

Cryomagnetics is seeking to add an experienced, self-motivated Mechanical Engineer to its staff.  The individual will be involved in a variety of projects with primary responsibilities being the engineering design and development of cryogenic and vacuum systems related to superconducting magnet products.  Occasional travel to customer sites or technical conferences may be required.<br>

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a BS in mechanical engineering or a related technical field and three years professional experience.  The position requires  proficiency with 3D CAD (preferably AutoCad Inventor).  Preference will be given to those with familiarity with high vacuum techniques, cryogenic heat load calculations, and a working knowledge of system design and fabrication.  Knowledge of ASME / PED pressure vessel safety standards and experience with ANSYS finite element modeling code would be a plus.<br>

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and other team members (engineers and manufacturing personnel).<br>

Summary of Position<br>
Works closely with customers, sales, and manufacturing to develop both proposals for and create specific engine cooling applications.<br>
<br>
Essential Duties and responsibilities<br>
1. Lead cross-functional teams in the design, and manufacture of existing products to meet customer requirements.<br>
2. Collects engine and application data necessary to size and design products that are usually variants of previously applied designs.<br>
3. Higher-level designs may include radiator, charge air cooler, oil cooler, condenser, fan combinations, and multiples of the above.<br>
4. Analyze customer fluid flows and balance airflow requirements of the various components within a single package.<br>
5. Use available cost, thermal performance data, and algorithms to design a solution that best fits Rocores capabilities and customer requirements.<br>
6. Prepare costing of sized proposed product using established guidelines.<br>
7. Specifies purchased components and materials used in the finished products. e.g. fans, motors, guards, coils, coatings.<br>
8. Directs design work during modeling, detail prints, and the bill of materials needed to release a job to the purchasing and manufacturing departments for order fulfillment.<br>
9. Conducts design reviews of cross-functional teams.<br>
10. May also lead in the development of new product lines.<br>
11. May occasionally work with production engineering to solve specific problems.<br>
12. May trouble shoot field problems or be used as expert with warranty failure analysis.<br>
13. Other duties as assigned.<br>

Qualifications<br>
- BSME or equivalent experience.<br>
- Travel is generally related to specific projects, overall average is less than 5%.<br>
- Proficient in using computer methods of sizing heat exchangers.<br>
- Simulations of performance tools are a plus.<br>

Product Engineer, Gas<br>
<br>
Primary Focus:<br>
To develop gas product / components for home appliance industry based on corporate and management directives; apply sound engineering principles to accomplish expected goals and objectives; initiates actions necessary to begin new programs and follows them through production release.<br>
<br>
General Duties:<br>
Responsible for the day to day design and development of gas product and/or components.  Development assignments that can range in complexity from component level modification to a complete platform and system redesign.  Applies engineering principles to effectively accomplish goals and objectives on time and within cost constraints.  Interfaces with all departments, vendors and customers within the scope of the position to achieve desired results.  This person will have specific knowledge of Gas Product and Component Development, testing methods, and good overall mechanical engineering knowledge as it would apply to product enhancements as a part of product development.  Provides engineering management periodic status updates as required.  This position will involve some travel and some extended overnight stays.  <br>
<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
1.	Development, qualification and implementation of gas products/components that meet or exceed both in-house and customer testing requirements.<br>
2.	Chair design and project reviews as required<br>
3.	Develops project schedules to PCP guidelines in support of project goals and objectives.<br>
4.	Actively participate in cost out development activities as related to gas product/components without suffering product quality or target performance measures<br>
5.	Work with quality and service to identify and address any issues that are identified to be related to gas product/components <br>
6.	Work with vendor base to insure gas product/components meets all defined testing / quality requirements<br>
7.	Work with customers in development of gas product/components specifications<br>
8.	Work with OEM suppliers to insure performance to set gas product/components specifications<br>
9.	Direct the activities of assigned designers and drafters.<br>
10.	Prepare and direct preparation of engineering documentation (ECNs, BOMs, Drawings, and Specifications)<br>
11.	Oversee disposition of first piece sample approvals.<br>
12.	Demonstrate creative ability through invention or other significant contributions to the profession.<br>
13.	Interface with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Outside Suppliers to provide or obtain necessary information.<br>
14.	Perform any and all functions as outlined by Engineering Management; participate in special function teams and support production as required.<br>
15.	Fully supports company programs, policies and objectives<br>
