We're looking for young, outgoing, and personable individuals who enjoy talking to others and
will maintain a cheerful and excited attitude about DirecTV. Job will consist of signing up
customers for DirecTV and providing detailed information to those interested. Sales and customer
support experience are required for these positions.
The job will pay minimum wage and offer bonuses for each sale that is completed and activated
with DirecTV. The job also requires some general knowledge of electronics (TV's, Blu-Ray, HDMI

Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet customers, vendors and other parties. Determine the nature of their business and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Act as principal phone contact. Direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member and take a message when necessary. Be sure messages are received by the proper person immediately or as soon as he/she becomes available.
• Gather basic customer information and distribute to the appropriate staff member.

• Assist in closing the repair orders.
• Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and organized. New magazines and reading materials should be distributed weekly.
• Enter headers for customer repair orders.
• Obtain vehicle status list after release meetings so that you are prepared to answer any customer inquiries.
• Help organize repair orders for closing.
• Enter into the computer system - Parts invoices, Employee time sheets, & Repair orders.
