I need affordable health insurance. Suggestions? (Maryville, TN)

I just had a baby and his TennCare will run out in a month, because of my husband's income. We need health insurance for our child, but really don't care if either of us are covered. Every plan I can find wants at least 300-400 dollars a month, and then the appointments still run 40-50 dollars for a co-pay. We just don't have that kind of money. None of us have any medical problems, and my husband and I are non smokers. Can anyone suggest any health insurance providers that are more reasonable than I am finding?
