1 Bedroom house with a sunporch on a huge partially fenced lot with plenty of garden space. Of course pets are OK (within reason). There’s plenty of room for a garden as well. We can talk about a small discount on the rent if you are willing to mow all or part of the yard.
It’s in a workaday neighborhood with industries and working folks so it’s not suitable for snobs or the overly image conscious. There are many redeeming features such as great sunsets, easy access to downtown, and Fort Dickerson park is across the street. There’s even access to Goose Creek, so you can canoe to UT and Downtown when the water is up. The garage does not go with the rental but there is a storage room in the basement.
